The Modis Building is in the central business district and is situated on the St. Johns River waterfront at the north end of the Main Street Bridge (US 1) and is accessible by via I-95 and other routes. Miami. Our offices in Miami are located at One Southeast Third Avenue, Suite 3000, in downtown Miami in the SunTrust International Center. The SunTrust International Center is easily accessible by car from I-95 or Biscayne Boulevard.
